Kate has been working in public libraries for over 15 years. Over that time she has seen the effects of technology on people and how their confidence has been knocked by their gaps in knowledge.
She has watched people from all walks of life struggle with their new phone or how to download a new app. At the moment, COVID has sent most of us for a six.
Kate can visit you in the comfort of your own home and teach you how to do the things you want to on your own device.
From getting on social media, setting up a myGov account and linking your digital COVID-19 certificate to ordering fast food, playing games and calling an Uber, Kate will leave you with new skills, or just refresh the skills you once had, to help you enjoy your technology. She’s also there to provide you with ongoing support and will leave you with a set of step by step instructions after each session.
