If you’re unwell or don’t feel comfortable with someone in your home, this is the service for you. A bit tech-savvy and know how to operate Zoom?
During these sessions, I can help you with most of the things I would do in person like:
- setting up a MyGov account
- filling in online forms
- helping you organise your photos
- show you how to customise your device and make it work for you

Forgotten how to log into your iView account on the TV? Have a telehealth appointment with your doctor but can’t remember how to connect?
This session is the perfect fix, quick and focussed, you’ll be back on track in no time!
